Woo II - environment

WOO II is concerned primarily with the way characters are defined and used, and less with the environment of the game. These entries should be taken as notes or comments.

Theme Parks

These instances house activities for PvP players. The activities train new PvP players and also provide a venue for players who want to "level up" using PvP or who just want to go out and bash a few of the enemy. The instance includes a number of "rides", or activities specially designed to accommodate large group, free for all PvP play. The instance also include a variety of NPC services, and a Farmer's Market where Crafters can offer their good for sale directly to other players.

Fun Houses

These instances house activities for dungeon raiders. The central area offers portals to all of the dungeons, making it a fine place for the team to group up. The instance also includes a number of "rides", or activities specially designed to interest raiders who are early for their raid and have a few minutes to kill. The instance also include a variety of NPC services, and a Farmer's Market where Crafters can offer their good for sale directly to other players.

Zones

Training zones are limited to the lowest levels. Other zones are similar to those of the current game. Zones are primarily used for Questing, and to house Fighter and Raider instances.

NPCs

Because leveling and farming no longer require the killing of huge numbers of NPCs, many fewer are needed. These should be smarter and positioned for better dramatic effect.
